She is not only just a fitness trainer, but also a HUGE mental health advocate, creating a supportive environment for her clients to open up about their concerns. Apart from her role as an LMT, shes served as an aerial fitness and calisthenics instructor since 2018. By blending her expertise in massage therapy with a deep understanding of kinesiology, she offers clients comprehensive care that aims to revitalize and rejuvenate their bodies. Her mission involves not only providing holistic treatments but also empowering clients with knowledge about the transformative benefits of incorporating massage into their wellness routines, helping alleviate chronic pain and improving range of motion often linked with soft tissue injuries.

Coach Khegon, a native of the beautiful twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago, has passion for fitness from his deep-rooted love for sports, particularly soccer, where his talent shone until a devastating ACL/MCL injury abruptly halted his playing career. This pivotal moment spurred him to delve into human body research, leading to self-experimentation that enabled his recovery and rekindled love for fitness. Becoming a certified personal trainer reignited his connection to soccer, allowing him to work with professional teams and athletes, including representing his country—an unforgettable highlight of the journey. Witnessing individuals transform their lives through fitness has been the most rewarding aspect of his career.

Leanna is a Functional movement and Sports Athletic coach with a diverse range of certifications including OLY, NCI, NASM CPT, HMCC, CFL1, GGS pre/postpartum, PFPS, and TPI, bringing a wealth of expertise to the table. Currently expanding her knowledge as a Functional Health Counselor, her aim is to fill the gaps in traditional healthcare and facilitate deep cellular healing for individuals. Specializing in empowering women to enhance their confidence both inside and outside the gym, her focus lies in guiding them through strength training and offering tailored nutritional support.

Miracle Jones has always had an active lifestyle from playing basketball, to running track, playing softball, and even as the school’s mascot. Her journey started as a collegiate basketball player at Itawamba Community College, but was very short lived after tearing her ACL her sophomore year. Lost about her next step, she stumbled into the weight room where she started to gain her strength back after being told that she would never be the same athlete. She coached herself back to 100% after just 6 short months, but she decided to continue school as a Business Information Systems major. After graduating Junior college to then a failed university attempt she found her footing and gained her certification as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. She is passionate about helping other athletes and life-letes gain control of their body and learn what foods help their body perform at its best.

Each personal training session and class is focused on perfecting barbell movements while also incorporating strength and conditioning circuits.
